abstract | The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising Penicillium < RTI ID = 0.0 > (KACC93151P) and a method for producing a wood fiber fibrinolytic enzyme using the same, and more particularly, to a method for culturing Penicillium oxalicum KL1 isolated from a soil containing rotten wood crumb The present invention also relates to a method for economical production of lignocellulolytic enzymes. In the present invention, in order to produce a monosaccharide such as glucose and xylose by saccharifying lignocellulosic fiber, phencyclium, which is a mold strain producing a mycelium of lignocellulosic enzymes, Oxalicum KL1 is provided and provides a method for producing economical wood fiber decomposing enzymes from low-cost natural fiber raw materials, and a method for producing monosaccharides such as glucose and xylose from wood fiber is provided. The present invention can greatly reduce the cost of enzymes required to produce industrially useful monosaccharides such as glucose and xylose from lignocellulosic substrates. |
