abstract |
The present invention relates to an Enterobacter cloase detection kit comprising a fluorescent compound specifically binding to 6-phosphopructokinase expressed from the pfkB gene of Enterobacter cloase and a method for detecting enterobacter cloase using the same. According to one embodiment, the methods and kits of the invention comprise 3 ', 6'-bis (acetyloxy) -5- (chloromethyl) -spiro (isobenzofuran-1 (3H), 9'-(9H) xanthene Enterobacter cloacae and Enterococcus were detected by detecting 6-phosphopructokinase expressed from the pfkB gene of enterobacter cloase that specifically binds) -3-one. By distinguishing faecalis , it is possible to provide easy, fast and accurate identification results. |
