titleOfInvention Purple porcelain pigment composite and manufacturing method of purple porcelain pigment using the composite
abstract The present invention relates to a purple porcelain pigment composition containing 0.1-23 parts by weight of one or more materials selected among nickel oxide (NiO), cobalt oxide (CO2O3), and titanium dioxide (TiO2) with respect to 100 parts by weight of a mixture of K2CO3, ZrO2, and (NH4)2HPO4, and a method for manufacturing purple porcelain pigments using the same. One or more material selected among nickel oxide (NiO), cobalt oxide (CO2O3), and titanium dioxide (TiO2) are dispersed in a phosphoric acid-potassium-zirconium matrix containing K2CO3, ZrO2, and (NH4)2HPO4. K2CO3, ZrO2, and (NH4)2HPO4 are mixed in a molar ratio of 0.1-1:1-3:2-4.
