titleOfInvention | How to preserve mini-pig spermatozoa |
abstract | The present invention provides a method for cryopreserving mini pig sperm comprising the following steps. a) diluting the mini-pig semen with a cryopreservative solution containing saccharose, yolk protein, TES (N-Tris [Hydrixymethyl] methyl-2-aminoethane-sulfonic acid) and an antibiotic; b) cooling the mini-pig semen diluted with the frozen storage liquid; And c) freezing the cooled mini-pig semen. The present invention also provides a method for fusing cryopreserved mini pig sperm. By freezing and thawing the mini-pig sperm using the cryopreservation method of the present invention, the viability of the mini-pig sperm is improved and the acrosome and gene of the sperm can be effectively protected from the impact at low temperature. By increasing the fertilization rate of frozen and thawed mini-pig sperm, it can contribute to the preservation and mass production of mini-pig genetic resources. |
