abstract BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a hot water supply temperature control device and method in a building energy management system, wherein a hot water temperature control device confirms a set temperature of a hot water tank in a boiler system and an appropriate hot water temperature according to a plurality of hot water use destinations, and provides a plurality of hot water supplies. When the excessive supply of hot water supply occurs in the use place, it is determined whether the hot water supply temperature is appropriate for at least one corresponding use place in which the excessive supply occurs, and if it is not appropriate, the hot water temperature control is performed, and the information monitored by the monitoring unit is analyzed in real time. By confirming the result of energy saving according to hot water temperature control, efficient operation of the boiler is possible, and thus the energy use efficiency can be increased while maintaining a comfortable indoor environment of the building.
