titleOfInvention | Impact resistant polyamide composition and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The present invention provides a polyamide composition and a novel method for producing the same, which have improved impact toughness and impact strength and have impact resistance and can be easily polymerized at the molding site. In the presence of (A) an anionic polymerization catalyst, (B) an anionic polymerization activator, (C) ε-caprolactam of 2.0 to 30% by weight of N, N-disubstituted vinylbenzylamine and (D) radical polymerization initiator The anion polymerization of (epsilon) -caprolactam is initiated and the manufacturing method of the polyamide composition made to react on conditions of reaction temperature of 120-180 degreeC of reaction system, and reaction time of 10 second-120 minutes. Since radical polymerization is carried out without inhibiting the anion polymerization, an allocated polyamide of polycaprolactam and polyN, N-disubstituted vinylbenzylamine is obtained. |
