The present invention catalyzes a mixture of a metal trivalent complex and an organotin compound prepared from a Salen type ligand comprising a quaternary ammonium salt, and the carbon dioxide / epoxide / cyclic ester containing carbonate and ester units. It relates to a method for producing a terpolymer. The ester content can be controlled by controlling the ratio of the two catalysts. |
