Plant Formation Methods Using the Growth Point Culture Method of Blueberry Varieties, Weare Mouse, Duke, Bluray, Nelson, Northland or Spartan |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a medium composition and a culturing condition for forming an in-cabbage plant using a growth point culture method of six blueberry varieties. The plant growth hormone zeatin, zeatin riboside, IAA (Indole Acetic Acid) to form shoots without callus formation and to cultivate blueberry plants without mutation in a short time. 6 varieties of blueberry northern highbush system, Duke, Bluray, Nelson, Northland or Spartan. By forming shoots without callus formation, it is possible to shorten the plant formation process from 10 to 11 months to 5 to 7 months, It is useful as a production technique for spreading healthy blueberry domestic tissue culture seedlings without forming callus. |
