The present invention relates to the diagnosis of type 2 diabetic patients, and more particularly, the first method of measuring IL-1beta production by basic production and stimulation of immune mediators using diabetic mononuclear cell-derived macrophages. The active IL-1beta measurement of the present invention can be usefully used as an effective experimental method for diagnosing type 2 diabetes patients. |
