The present invention relates to a TAL effector comprising a fusion protein having a TAL (Tanscription Activator-Like) effector (TALE) domain and a nucleotide cleavage domain, and more specifically a TAL (Tanscription Activator-Like) effector (TALE) domain and a nucleotide cleavage domain. As a nuclease, the TALE domain comprises one or more TALE-repeat modules, wherein each TALE-repeat module recognizes one particular nucleic acid and relates to a TAL effector nuclease and its use. |
