titleOfInvention Injectable graphene oxide hydrogel-forming composition reacting to external stimulation, hydrogel manufacturing method using same, and in vivo gel formation method using same
abstract The present invention relates to a graphene oxide-based hydrogel forming composition, a method for preparing a hydrogel using the same, and a method for forming a gel in vivo using the same, which is injectable since it maintains a liquid state at a low temperature, but changes to a gel state in response to external stimulation. Specifically, a composition for forming a hydrogel comprising 0.3 wt% to 1 wt% of graphene oxide and 0.2 wt% to 1.5 wt% of a triblock copolymer represented by the following Formula 1, a method for preparing a hydrogel using the same, and a method of using the same It relates to a method of gel formation in vivo: ≪ Formula 1 > Wherein n is an integer from 8 to 540 and m is an integer from 16 to 70. The composition for forming hydrogel according to the present invention can be administered in vivo using the injection method because it maintains a liquid at room temperature, while the sol-gel variation in the vicinity of body temperature can be changed to a gel state after administration in the body. Furthermore, it can be changed into gel state by appropriate external stimulus, while maintaining stability in the body for a long time and having excellent biocompatibility.
