abstract The polymer composition comprises a) component 1 comprising a silane-terminated prepolymer; b) component 2 comprising water; And c) component 3 comprising a silanol condensation catalyst. The composition is packaged in at least two separate packages prior to use, and the separated packages do not contain all three components 1, 2 and 3 simultaneously. Water in the composition is present in an amount of 0.01 to 10 pbw with respect to 100 pbw of the prepolymer present in the composition, and the apparent viscosity of each of the packages is 95 Pa.s (Brookfield viscosity (A / 6/10)) or less. The composition can be suitably introduced into railway track structures to reduce noise and vibration of the rails.
