The present invention relates to a composition for producing di-type lactic acid containing heat-resistant di-lactic acid dehydrogenase and a method for producing di-lactic acid using the same, and more particularly, to a heat-resistant di-lactic acid having an optimum activity at 40 ° C to 60 ° C. It relates to a composition for producing di-type lactic acid comprising a dehydrogenase, and a method for producing di-lactic acid by culturing a transformant transformed with a gene encoding the enzyme. Di-type lactate containing a heat-resistant di-type lactate dehydrogenase according to the present invention and a transformant having a gene encoding the heat-resistant di-type lactate dehydrogenase can be cultured to efficiently produce di-type lactate. |
