| abstract | PURPOSE: A method for producing tissues for mouth does not have any side effects if tissues enter a mouth or are eaten and the tissues made of materials including purified water, chamomile, peppermint, white tea extract, grapefruit seed extract, licorice extract and citrus are sterilized. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing tissues comprises the following steps: preparing registered spun thread of 100% cotton and a composition to be absorbed into the registered spun thread; transferring the composition including 40 parts by weight of purified water, 0.110 part by weight of chamomile, 0.001 part by weight of peppermint, 0.8 parts by weight of xylitol, 0.1 part by weight of white tea extract, 0.01 part by weight of grapefruit seed extract, 0.01 part by weight of licorice, and 0.01 part by weight of citrus from a raw material room to a measurement room before mixing the undiluted state materials, measuring the composition and waiting in a waiting room; transferring the semi-finished product of the undiluted state materials made by stirring the undiluted state materials in a mixer; transferring the undiluted materials to a filling room, filling a product and moving to a waiting room for a finished product; sterilizing the finished product in a high-pressure sterilizing device; and removing moisture in a moisture-removing room and wrap the product. |
