abstract One example of the present invention includes porous sheets 11 and 21 in which a porous substrate containing polyolefin and a heat resistant porous layer containing a heat resistant resin are laminated, and the porous sheets 11 and 21 face each other by bending. The heat-resistant porous layers are connected to the connection sites 15a and 15b, 25a and 25b formed by heat fusion. In addition, the porous sheets 11 and 21 are further connected by the connection part 27 formed by heat sealing.
