titleOfInvention | Method for preparing organic acid from net horsetail and algae saccharified solution |
abstract | The present invention comprises the steps of (a) glycosylating the family Hydrodictyaceae algae to obtain a saccharified solution containing a monosaccharide; And (b) culturing the microorganism using the saccharified solution as a carbon source to produce an organic acid. The present invention relates to a method for preparing an organic acid from Family Hydrodictyaceae algae. The production of chemicals from nets and algae according to the present invention utilizes algae, which is a non-edible resource rather than an edible resource such as corn and wheat. There is no possibility of occurrence, and there is an advantage that the continuous supply of resources can be stable. The organic acid produced according to the present invention will serve as a raw material of bioplastics and other chemicals as a bio-based biodegradable material and will contribute to the production of petroleum substitute chemicals. In particular, lactic acid and succinic acid can be converted into biodegradable polymers and used in bioplastic manufacturing, and thus can replace petroleum-based hardly decomposable plastics, which will greatly contribute to solving the environmental and shrinkage toxicity of petrochemical products. |
