abstract |
The present invention relates to a sea trout gene corresponding to bisphenol A exposure and a method for diagnosing aquatic ecological pollution using the same. Specifically, the method for diagnosing aquatic ecological pollution according to the present invention is a sea fish whose expression is changed in response to bisphenol A. By using the gene of the present invention, since the genes down- or up-regulated in the sea trout exposed to bisphenol A were identified, a microarray chip incorporating the gene of the sea trout corresponding to the bisphenol A, a diagnostic method using the same, and the microarray Kits containing chips can be useful for stress detection or medical examination of marine ecosystems. |
