titleOfInvention | Infrared barrier coating and its manufacturing method, infrared barrier film using this coating |
abstract | The present invention relates to an infrared blocking coating agent and a method for manufacturing the same, and an infrared blocking film using the coating agent. The object of the present invention is to provide good dispersion of oxides for blocking infrared rays so that aggregation and precipitation do not occur, so that turbidity is good and storage property is good. It is possible to form a uniform film during film production to provide an infrared blocking coating having excellent infrared blocking effect, a method for manufacturing the same, and an infrared blocking film using the same. The composition of the present invention is 30 to 40wt% of acrylic urethane, 5 to 10wt% of isophorone diisocyanate, 20 to 25wt% of triacrylate, 20 to 30wt% of ethyl acetate, and 5 to 10wt% of methyl isobutyl ketone A coating base composed of 0.001 to 0.2 wt% of methoxyhydrophenone and 0.01 to 0.1 wt% of dibutyl tin dilaurate; 20 to 30 wt% of one or more oxides selected from the group consisting of antimony oxide, tin oxide, tungsten and titanium dioxide; 10-20 wt% of propylene glycol as a dispersion medium; Inorganic dispersion consisting of 60 to 70wt% of an organic solvent consisting of toluene, methyl ethyl ketone, ethyl acetate; an infrared ray blocking coating mixed with the preparation method thereof, and an infrared ray blocking film using the same. |
