In a method embodiment, the method comprises introducing a plurality of easy-sample Pharmacoeffectors (IMPs) (1, 1a, 1b) into a cell population. Each of the IMPs (1, 1a, 1b) may comprise a detection domain (2, 2a, 2b) and an activation domain (3, 3a, 3b). One or more epitopes are bound by detection domains (2, 2a, 2b). Activation domains (3, 3a, 3b) are activated in response to binding. Applications may include, but are not limited to, viral infections, other intracellular infections, cancer, vector-derived diseases, autoimmune diseases, cellular diseases, cellular enhancement, and research. |
