titleOfInvention | Sialic acid quantitative measuring device and method using photothermal biosensor |
abstract | The present invention provides a sialic acid quantitative measurement micro-thermal sensor comprising a lower layer including a RTD, an intermediate layer including an insulating layer on the lower layer, and an upper layer positioned on the intermediate layer and chemically bonded to sialic acid on the surface of a red blood cell membrane. It provides a sialic acid quantitative measurement device comprising the same. The sialic acid quantitative measuring device directly captures red blood cells by chemically bonding phenylboronic acid (PBA) layer of the upper layer and sialic acid on the surface of red blood cells, and then simply changes the amount of sialic acid from the temperature change of red blood cells by light irradiation. There is an effect that can be measured. |
