abstract |
The present invention provides a carbon nanofiber (CNF) between an electrode current collector, a plurality of first active material layers of a composite of graphene and carbon nanotubes (CNT) on the electrode current collector, and the plurality of first active material layers. It relates to an electrode comprising a second active material layer, a manufacturing method thereof, and an electrochemical capacitor comprising the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a high capacity is obtained by fabricating an electrode having a multi-layer structure using materials such as graphene, carbon nanotubes (CNT), and carbon nanofibers (CNF) having excellent specific surface areas and electrical conductivity as electrode active materials. It is possible to provide an electrochemical device having an output. |
