Strontium fixing method and composition therefor |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for biologically immobilizing dissolved strontium in contaminated water by using a microorganism derived from flushing-nodule, comprising the steps of: And fixing the dissolved strontium in the contaminated water to the strontium carbonate mineral by treating and reacting the concentrated and cultured microorganism with the contaminated water. The biological strontium immobilization method is advantageous in that the immobilization process is simple and eco-friendly as compared with the chemical strontium immobilization technique, and strontium can be immobilized at a high rate even at room temperature, which is sufficient to be applied to an industrial field. Since it is fixed in the form of thianite, it has utility in terms of resource recycling. |
