abstract The present invention relates to a biosensing method using an animal cell and an infection diagnosis bio kit using an animal cell, and more particularly, a cell receptor expressed on an animal cell surface and reacting with an infectious agent when a change in external environment is caused by infection or contamination. By combining biomarkers such as glycoproteins, glycolipids, and the like with a detector, a biosensing method using animal cells capable of monitoring the detection of an infectious agent in real time and an infection diagnosis biokit using animal cells are provided.
