abstract |
A hydrogel comprising a polyanionic polysaccharide derivative introduced with a hydrophobic group as a covalent bond and a salt solution having a salt concentration of 50 mM or more and 200 mM or less, wherein the hydrogel has an agglomerated structure having an average particle diameter of 100 to 2000 nm in the diluted solution, And a step of preparing a mixture comprising a polyanionic polysaccharide derivative having a hydrophobic group introduced therein and a salt solution of 50 mM or more and 200 mM or less, and a process of heating the same. The hydrogel of the present invention has long-term stability and can be filtered using a porous filter having a pore diameter of 5 µm or more. |
