abstract |
The present invention provides a method for preparing a radiolabeled guanidine derivative, in particular a method wherein the radiolabeled guanidine derivative is a positron emission tomography (PET) tracer. Also provided are certain intermediates useful in the method, as well as means for carrying out the method in an automated manner. The process of the present invention provides an advantage over known methods for the preparation of radiolabeled guanidine derivatives. |
