The present invention relates to a novel monoclonal that specifically binds to a metriptase protein and its use. Specifically, a human-derived scFv library phage is prepared using phage display technology to produce a metlipase. The phage antibody group that binds to the antibody was selected to prepare a human-derived monoclonal metlipase antibody, and the sequences of the CDR, which is the complementarity determining region and the framework region, of the monoclonal antibody were confirmed. Since it was confirmed that the binding force is high, the metlipase-specific human antibody of the present invention can be usefully used for the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of cancer, which is a disease related to the expression of metlipase, and in particular, for the diagnosis of cancer It can be usefully used as a kit. |
