abstract The present invention relates to a method for differentiating CD34-positive cells from humnan induced pluripotent stem cells, specifically, to treat mesoderm cells by treating MEK / ERK signaling inhibitors and BMPs of induced pluripotent stem cells. After VEGF and bFGF treatment, the differentiated mesoderm cells were differentiated into CD34 positive cells, and the CD34 positive cells were confirmed to have an effect of forming blood vessels in vitro and in vivo.
