abstract The invention is a method for sterilizing at least one object, the object being exposed to a disinfectant, wherein at least one first auxiliary pressure and at least one second auxiliary pressure are applied and the sterilizer is at the first auxiliary pressure. A sterilization method for sterilizing the first zone of the cell and sterilizing the second zone of the object at the second auxiliary pressure. The invention also relates to a sterilizer and its use.
