abstract |
The present invention relates to a composition for the differentiation or activity enhancement of a natural killer cell (NK cell) containing tanshinone as an active ingredient, and more particularly to a composition for cryptotanshinone or tanshinone IIA tanshinone ⅡA) induces and promotes the differentiation of NK cells in hematopoietic stem cells, increases the expression of ID2, a gene related to NK cell differentiation, cytotoxic to cancer cell YAC-1, and increases the production of IFN-γ Thereby enhancing the activity of NK cells. Therefore, it can be effectively used as an active ingredient of a composition for NK cell differentiation or activity enhancement. |
