abstract |
The present invention provides an electrochemical sensor using a diamond thin film electrode of a peroxide conductive polymer nanowire dispersed with gold nanoparticles capable of selectively detecting dopamine without being affected by ascorbic acid. The sensor according to the present invention shows linearity within a wide concentration range of 0.15 to 500 μM, and can detect dopamine with high sensitivity of 0.131 μA / μM and low detection limit of 0.03 μM. |
