The present invention relates to a fluorescent polymer nanogel for lymph node detection and a lymph node identification method using the same. Fluorescent polymer nanogels according to the present invention have excellent characteristics of relatively little movement to other lymph nodes while staying in the sentinel lymph node for a relatively long time when injected in vivo, thereby accurately positioning the lymph nodes in real time without using conventional radiopharmaceuticals. There is a detectable effect. |
