titleOfInvention How to increase expression of hsa-miR-1248 miRNA and alter signal transduction system through endorphin treatment in neurons including SHSy5y cell line
abstract Beta endorphin is a substance that exists naturally in the human body, unlike morphine, and is one of the neurotransmitters that are often used for controlling stress. However, when the beta endorphin, which acts as a painkiller, acts on the body and its miRNA mechanism is not clear. Various intracellular signaling materials were identified. Using hsa-miR-1248 miRNA, miRNAs such as antagomers or sequences can be used to produce the same effects as endorphins. In addition, by controlling the hsa-miR-1248 miRNA by the endorphins themselves, it can be the basis for controlling various signal transduction responses.
