titleOfInvention Homogenized honey manufacturing method using natural honeybees
abstract Disclosed is a method for producing monosaccharide honey at a homogeneous concentration using natural bees. According to the present invention, a method for producing a homogeneous monosaccharide honey using natural honey bees (a) transfers a first honeycomb containing bees into a facility that blocks honey bees from entering or exiting the honeycomb and is contained in the first honeycomb. Separating honey bees, and (b) removing honey, propolis, pollen, royal jelly, water, bee larvae, or other substances necessary for the growth of honey bees separated from the honeycomb in step (a). Supplying a second honeycomb, (c) mixing the functional material extract with natural honey or artificially produced sugar solution in a proportion to produce a mixture, and (d) the mixture of step (c) Feeding honey bees that have been transferred into the facility from the outside or out of the beehive, and (e) honey fed the mixture introduced in step (d) Converting the mixture into monosaccharides by using a bee enzyme solution secreted from salivary glands by themselves to fill the second honeycomb, and storing (f) extracting the substance converted into the monosaccharide stored in step (e). It is made to include. According to the present invention, while containing beneficial functional ingredients known to have a health-promoting effect in honey, these beneficial functional ingredients are converted into monosaccharides that are quickly absorbed by the body by the natural action of natural bees, and homogeneous using a natural honey bee whose component ratio is also homogeneous. One concentration of monosaccharide honey can be obtained.
