abstract | PURPOSE: An 1-component inorganic mortar composition is provided to improve intensity, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and resistivity by forming a strong base coating film based on high-strength cement, inorganic silica, titanium powder, a polymer acrylic powder resin, and an additive at the proper ratio. CONSTITUTION: An 1-component inorganic mortar composition comprises 20-50 weight% of high-strength cement, 25-55 weight% of inorganic silica, 15-25 weight% of titanium powder, 5-15 weight% of a polymer acrylic powder resin, and 5-15 weight% of an additive. The inorganic silica is prepared by mixing two different silicas having different sizes at the ratio of 1:1. One silica is in the range of 20-30 meshes, and the other silica is in the range of 30-60 meshes. The sizes of titanium powder are in the range of 0.2-0.3 mm. The additive is at least one selected among a fluidizer, self-leveling agent, crack preventing agent, and strength thickening agent.
