Disclosed is a positive electrode material for a lithium battery, a positive electrode obtained therefrom, and a lithium battery employing the positive electrode. The cathode material for a lithium battery includes a cathode active material, an aqueous binder, and tungsten trioxide (WO 3 ), thereby preventing corrosion of the aluminum substrate and at the same time having high electrical conductivity. By employing a positive electrode including the positive electrode material in the lithium battery, it is possible to reduce the pole plate resistance, and to secure high rate characteristics and life characteristics. |
