abstract PURPOSE: Healthy socks are provided to offer a helpful affects and pleasant environment to human body. CONSTITUTION: Healthy socks are composed of a fabric layer, a negative ion layer (20) containing negative ion emitting materials on the outer surface of the fabric layer (10), and an anti-virus coating layer (30) including silver powder, and each layer is successively laminated. One of the negative ion emitting materials is mixed with a water-soluble acrylic resin solution in a powder form. The negative ion layer additionally contains alum, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, an antifoaming agent, and an antimicrobial agent. The antimicrobial agent is obtained by ion-exchanging zinc and silver. The anti-virus coating layer is formed of a material containing the antifoaming agent, the antibiotic silver powder, isobutyl alcohol, evening primrose seed oil, and a surfactant for the dispersion of the evening primrose seed oil.
