titleOfInvention Polyphenylene sulfide
abstract PURPOSE: A polyphenylene sulfide resin composition is provided to have high strength, high toughness, and excellent extrusion performance while maintaining the inherent heat resistance, dimensional stability, electrical performance, and chemical resistance of the polyphenylene sulfide resin. CONSTITUTION: A polyphenylene sulfide resin composition comprises 100.0 parts by weight of a polyphenylene sulfide resin; 100-150 parts by weight of a glass fiber; 50-100.0 parts by weight of a calcium carbonate; and 5-10 parts by weight of a glycidyl acrylate-containing ethylene copolymer. The compressive strength of the polyphenylene sulfide resin is 2,000-2,300 kgf, the maximum elongation distance is 1.2-1.6 mm, the flexural strength is 2,500-2,800 kgf/cm^2, the flexural elongation is 1.8-2.4, the molding shrinkage is 0.20-0.25 %, and the melt index is 2-8 g/10min (310°C, 2,160g).
