The present invention relates to a method for separating fractions having anti-obesity activity from Yukeuigambitang , and more specifically, to broiler (Cinnamomi Cortex), Coicis Semen, Poria, Carthami Flos and Extracting Yugamgambi-tang consisting of licorice (Glycyrrhizae Radix) with ethanol, concentrating it under reduced pressure and suspending it in distilled water to obtain a suspension; Extracting the suspension with dichloromethane (CH 2 Cl 2 ) to separate a portion that is dissolved in dichloromethane and a portion that is not dissolved in dichloromethane; CH 2 Cl 2 fraction, which is a part dissolved in dichloromethane, is injected into a MPLC (UV 254 nm) and a column (redisep normal-phase flash column), and then a developing solvent (CH 2 Cl 2 : MeOH) is mixed with dichloromethane and methanol. = 50: 1 to 1: 1) and sequentially fractionate the peaks detected at MPLC UV 254 nm to obtain 10 fractions of C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C8, C9, C10. The present invention relates to a method of separating the fractions having anti-obesity activity from Yukgambi-tang, which can obtain C5 fractions, C6 fractions, and C7 fractions having anti-obesity activity among the ten fractions. |
