abstract | PURPOSE: A tissue coated with a skin improving agnet consisting of a natural ingredient and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to give toilet paper or tissue containing the natural ingredient giving vitability to skin and to alleviate an effect of a chemical treatment or a chemical additive used in a pulp process of toilet paper or tissue. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of tissue cated with a skin improving agent comprises a step of mixing phytoncide to ethanol in 2:8-4:6 weight ratio, a step of diluting the mixture and water in 3:7-5:5 volume ratio, a step of combining the diluents to a natural binder in 7:3-9:1 weight ratio, a step of dipping the combined solution in spraying type to a side or both sides of manufactured tissue through a sheet from the pulp, a spte of instantly drying as adhesing zeolite find powder contiuously to the sheet as the combined solution is dipped, and a step of processing rolling on the tissue. |
