The present invention relates to a method for discriminating the origin of pork by analyzing the carbon and nitrogen isotope ratio, and is consistent with the nature of isotope natural abundance ratio analysis using EA-IR / MS (Elemental Analyzer-Isotope Ratio / Mass Spectrometry) In analyzing the carbon and nitrogen stable isotope ratios (δ 3 C, δ 15 N-value ‰), the safety isotope is characterized by the isotope fractionation effect according to various conditions such as metabolic conditions, temperature, regional characteristics, and dietary environment. Taking into account the characteristics of domestic and imported pork, the natural characteristics of C and N isotopes (δ 13 C, δ 15 N) were analyzed and regional characteristics were determined by δ-value ‰ analysis by country. Using the difference in the safety isotope ratio (δ 13 C, δ 15 N-value ‰) of meat protein, it has an excellent effect of identifying the origin of pork. |
