titleOfInvention One-pot manufacturing method of polypyrrole nanotubes embedded with silver nanoparticles by chemical oxidation polymerization
abstract The present invention relates to a method for producing polypyrrole nanotubes containing silver nanoparticles in a one-pot, wherein silver cations and iron cations are attached to anodized aluminum by electrostatic attraction, and then vapor deposition of pyrrole monomers is performed. A method of preparing polypyrrole nanotubes containing silver nanoparticles is provided by reducing the cations and iron cations with polymerization initiators and precursors of the silver nanoparticles while simultaneously chemically oxidizing the pyrrole monomers. According to the present invention, polypyrrole nanotubes containing silver nanoparticles can be easily prepared through a simple one-pot process by using silver ions as an oxidant. In addition, to effectively include the silver nanoparticles in the polypyrrole matrix (matrix) does not require additional modification process or modifiers, and has the advantage that no pretreatment process of the silver nanoparticles.
