abstract The present invention is a novel chemiluminescent electrode device and has a novel characteristic that an emission signal can be obtained through electric stimulation by an anode or a cathode pulse in an electrolyte aqueous solution. These devices offer significant improvements as PON objectives, particularly as a structure of cheap and reliable methods for diagnosing health conditions.
