abstract |
An amorphous member polishing apparatus for polishing an amorphous member while moving relative to the amorphous member. The amorphous member polishing apparatus includes a laser beam generator and a beam path converting portion. The laser beam generator generates a laser beam. The beam path converting unit receives the laser beam emitted from the laser beam generating unit and divides the preheating laser beam and the polishing laser beam, transfers the preheating laser beam to the polishing portion of the amorphous member, and preheats the polishing laser beam. Transfer to the polishing site and polish. Accordingly, stable polishing can be achieved while the thermal shock of the amorphous member is minimized. |
