Bio-memory device comprising recombinant protein and inorganic particle bilayer |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a bio-memory device in which a heterolayer comprising a protein and an inorganic particle having a redox potential is immobilized on a substrate. The present invention relates to a low current signal detected from electron transfer between a biomolecule and a substrate. The present invention provides a bio-memory device that is expanded five times or more by applying inorganic particles. The bio-memory device of the present invention can control the redox state according to the applied potential by using the redox ability of the protein, and can present a method of applying the potential. In addition, the present invention provides a novel concept of a bio-memory device using an information storage device based on the nature-specific electron transfer principle inherent in biomolecules. |
