The present invention provides a method for producing a quadruple coated lactic acid bacterium, and a quadruple coated lactic acid bacteria produced by the method. The lactic acid bacteria coated by the method of the present invention is mixed with a water-soluble polymer, hyaluronic acid, a coating agent having a porous particle, a protein, and coated in a lactic acid bacterium, thereby providing acid resistance and resistance compared to the conventional uncoated, single, double and triple coated lactic acid bacteria groups. Excellent bile resistance, and low mortality due to low or high temperatures, may not lose the original bioactive function of lactic acid bacteria. Therefore, the coating method of the present invention is an industrially useful method to maintain the physiological activity of lactic acid bacteria. |
