Organic-inorganic hybrid polyamic ester, method for preparing same, and method for preparing film thereof |
abstract |
The present invention provides an organic-inorganic hybrid polyamic ester, a production method thereof and a film production method thereof. The polyamic ester is formed by chemically reacting an inorganic precursor containing at least one of an inorganic element and a metal element with a polyamic acid having two highly reactive carboxylic acids per polymer repeating unit, and the inorganic precursor is a hydroxy group of a carboxyl group. Substituted with (OH) and chemically bonded to the carbon site, it can contain more inorganic material stably. Therefore, the content of the inorganic material is relatively high, it may have a high refractive index and excellent chemical resistance and heat resistance. |
