abstract | TLC analysis from grape skin extract lyophilized powder (GSE) to obtain six kinds of purified products with different composition, GSE-F # 1, GSE-F # 3, GSE-F # 4, 3T3-L1 As a result of confirming that the fat accumulation inhibitory activity using the cell was found to be functional in inhibiting obesity, GSE-F # 1 has an antioxidant activity which is an indicator of bioactive substance compared with GSE-F # 3 and GSE-F # 4. Of course, while polyphenol content and flavonoid content were not confirmed, the GSE-F # 4 purified product was found to contain a large amount of bioactive substance by showing an excellent antioxidant capacity as well as polyphenol content and flavonoid content. F # 3 also showed antioxidant activity, polyphenols, and flavonoids, but showed lower results than GSE-F # 4. In terms of function, purified GSE-F # 1 contained insignificant bioactive substances in vitro. Uptake and Cholesterol Influx in Rats and in vivo Test Although the function of inhibiting fat inflow and accumulation was superior to GSE-F # 3 and GSE-F # 4, it did not show excellent fat accumulation inhibitory effect as GSE-F # 1 purified in vitro and in vivo. Since many metabolic syndromes, such as obesity and diabetes, exhibited excellent antioxidant activity against oxidative damage that causes normal cell damage and worsening of symptoms, the purified products of the present invention are not only for inhibiting fat accumulation but also for inhibiting oxidative damage. Has an excellent effect. |
