PURPOSE: A functional food composition is provided to seclude fat absorption, to reduce body fat by delaying absorption of glucose and to improve blood cholesterol and diabetes. CONSTITUTION: A functional food composition comprises 10-30 wt% of chicory extract powder, 1-10 wt% of polymer silk fibroin extract, and 5-30 wt% of fructo-oligosaccharide. The functional food composition includes one or more selected from a thickening agent, fructose, citric acid, cranberry extract powder, cranberry flavor, grapefruit seed extract as a supplementary raw material for food additive.
