abstract | Disclosed are a polymer dispersed liquid crystal film and a flat panel display device having the same. The polymer dispersed liquid crystal film according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a polymer dispersed liquid crystal composite film in which a plurality of liquid crystal droplets are dispersed in a polymer dispersion, and a conductive film provided on upper and lower surfaces of the polymer dispersed liquid crystal composite film, respectively. The polymer dispersed liquid crystal film has a transmittance of 78-90% when a predetermined driving voltage is applied to the conductive film, but has a transmittance of 25-70% when no driving voltage is applied to the conductive film. |
