The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer caused by KIAA1114 overexpression containing an anti-KIAA1114 antibody as an active ingredient. The anti-KIAA1114 antibody of the present invention specifically binds to the extracellular domain of KIAA1114 protein, specifically reacts with various cancer cell lines, and has excellent ability to inhibit cancer cell metastasis in vivo in a lung metastatic animal model using KIAA1114 overexpressing cancer cell lines. . Therefore, the anti-KIAA1114 antibody of the present invention can be usefully used for the prevention or treatment of cancer caused by KIAA1114 overexpression, especially metastatic cancer. |
